In this segment Vatel offers some sea salt varieties special for food preparation, seasoning and finalization of some traditional dishes of the Mediterranean cuisine and diet. These sea salts make the difference due to their granulometric features and to the minerals they are composed of. Two of these salts (Sea Salt –Special Grills and Barbecues and Fleur de sel) are known as traditional salts, hand-harvested and not undergoing any type of transformation, displaying natural crystal-like and wet features.
