VATEL Fleur de sel is hand-harvested and comes from a fine layer of small salt crystals formed in the saltern. It stands out due to its whiteness, the taste and shape of its small flaky and delicate crystals, easy to crush just with your fingers. These fragile crystals quickly dissolve when in contact with wet food, enhancing the respective flavour.
VATEL Fleur de sel is ideal to enhance the flavour of hot vegetables, meat and grilled fish or the sweetness of a dessert. You can also use it to finish and decorate your dishes. It is a hand-harvested product.
