Grilled meat and vegetables

Preparation: 40 min. – ingredients (2 people):

1 courgette;
1 tomato;
100 g mushrooms;
½ yellow pepper;
2 new onions;
1 tea spoon vatel’s sea salt special grills and barbecue;
1 thyme bunch;
2 sirloin steaks;
2 garlic cloves;
2 soup spoon olive oil;
2 soup spoon balsamic vinegar;
olive oil to grease the pan

1 – wash the courgette and slice it. Wash the tomato and cut in half. Wash and dry the mushrooms and cut in half. 2 – take all the seeds from the pepper and cut in thick strips. Peel the onions and cut in half. 3 – put a non-sticking pan on heat, greased with a little bit of olive oil. Let it warm and add the vegetables. Season with a little bit of vatel’s sea salt special grills and barbecue and let it cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Sprinkly the chopped thyme and take the vegetables from the pan. 4 – cut the beef in strips, season with vatel’s sea salt special grills and barbecue and grill on both sides until cooked to your liking. Serve them on a plate, with the vegetables, and add the minced garlic on top. Drizzle the olive oil and vinegar, and serve.
